  11. TC Assist is a tool designed to assist in filling out daily timecard
  12. entries.  The user can enter start and stop time as well as the number
  13. of hours taken at lunch and hours worked.  Either the start time, stop
  14. time or hours worked can be solved based on the other three parameters.
  15. An alarm option is also available.

  30. I. INSTALLATION

  32. Installation of TC Assist is just like any other PalmPilot program.
  33.  
  34. IMPORTANT: If upgrading from version 1.01 of TC Assist, then remove
  35. version 1.01 of TC Assist from your PalmPilot.  Failure to do so will
  36. cause your PalmPilot to crash.

  40. II. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  42. Will work on the Palm III, PalmPilot Personal/Pro and the Pilot 1000/5000.
  43. 9K of free memory on the PalmPilot is required.

  55. IV. USAGE
  56. ==========================================================================
  57. Simply fill the desired fields and select the field that you want to solve
  58. for and press "Solve" to calculate that value.  If the alarm option is
  59. enabled, and the stop time is later than the current time, then you will
  60. be prompted on whether to set an alarm for the stop time.

  62. The alarm option can be disabled via the "Options->Preferences..." menu
  63. option.  The alarm can be turned off, but not disabled, by selecting the
  64. "Commands->Turn Off Alarm" menu option.  To turn the alarm back on, then
  65. solve for the unknown field as previously stated.

  67. To revert back to the default time, select the "Commands->Default" menu
  68. item.  The default time can be set via the "Commands->Make Default"
  69. menu item.

  71. There are no plans to log more than one day's worth of timecard
  72. information.
